Delicious Caribbean Cobb Salad


Chef Tara's latest creation: Featuring grilled jerk shrimp, local organic tomato, avocado, pineapple, shaved carrot, bell pepper, over a bed of mixed greens, with a mild balsamic vinaigrette.

  1. Have never yet had a Cobb salad. Looking at Tara's tantalising version, I now feel there is something significant missing from my eating life! :-O

  2. LOVE eating cobb salads... making them is a little different story! Lots of chopping, but totally worth it :)
