Ceviche


I love Tara's presentation of her local red snapper ceviche in a cabbage leaf topped with lime wedges and a sprinkle of Chardonnay-smoked sea-salt.

  2. Using the cabbage leaves was a total last minute inspiration, but I really liked the color it added. I have always been at a loss on plating this because I only have white dishes and it really looks blah with the white ceviche.
